Castel Pro’s 5-ply construction places three layers of aluminum (including a core layer of reinforced aluminum) inside two layers of stainless steel. The aluminum provides exceptional thermal efficiency, with rapid increase and decrease in temperature for precise control. The top layer of 18/10 stainless steel is polished to a gorgeous shine, while the base layer of 18/0 stainless steel makes this cookware compatible with induction stovetops. This strong, durable cookware is surprisingly light, making it easier to lift and maneuver about the kitchen.

Castel’Pro collection features interior measurement markings that ensure you always add ingredients with precision.
