CastelineS Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Hand harvested and cold pressed, this genuine Provencal olive oil features notes of artichoke and almond as well as the aroma of freshly cut grass. Thanks to its award-winning, exceptional flavor, CastelineS is delicious in a wide variety of dishes and makes an excellent cooking or finishing oil. This incredible oil is harvested from 40 hectares of olive trees and milled in its own mill, ensuring the tightest level of control through every step of production.

After 15 years in Arizona, Catherine and Jean-Benoît Hugues returned to Provence in 1997 to pursue their passion for olive trees. Their Domaine Castelas now spans 270 acres across Vallée des Baux de Provence, and in 160 acres on the Plaine de Crau, where they craft award-winning olive oils using traditional methods that capture the essence of the Alpilles terroir.
