• Ingredients:
  • Purple Shallot Powder: Shallots, dried (Allium Cepa V. Aggregatum).
  • Black Lime: Sun-Dried Persian Lime (Citrus Latifolia).
  • Ground Black Urfa Chili: Urfa Chili (Capsicum Annuum).
  • Sunflower Seed Oil, Salt (Salt Content Is 1% By Weight, Or About 0.5 Grams Per Jar).
  • Sun-Dried Tomato Powder: Sun-Dried Tomato, Ground (Lycopersicon Esculentum Mill.)
  • Wild Mountain Cumin: Whole Wild Cumin (Bunium Persicum) Herbes De Provence: Rosemary, Savory, Oregano, Thyme.
• Tamari (soy), coconut sugar, sesame seeds, flour (gluten) and whole milk powder (milk) are allergens currently or soon to be processed in the facility. Each are stored, segregated and labeled as an allergen away from other raw materials. Processing is completed on a dedicated allergen line and is followed by a completed production room clean to prevent cross contamination.

• Store in a cool, dry place
• Purple Shallot Powder: 1 tsp. equals 1 whole shallot. Bloom in butter or oil for rice, noodles, sauces, and stews, or sprinkle on vegetables, rice, and meat.
• Black Lime: 0.25 tsp. equals 1 tsp. lime juice. Add to rice, soups, fish, and kebabs, toss with roasted vegetables or use to garnish cocktails.
• Black Urfa Chili: Sprinkle on roasted vegetables, eggs, and proteins, add to brownies and chocolate cookies, or mix into hummus and creamy dips.
• Sun-Dried Tomato Powder: 1 tsp. and 2 tsp. water equals 1 tbsp. tomato paste. Toss with oil and veggies, add to meat rubs and stews, sauté with onions and garlic, or sprinkle on pizza.
• Wild Mountain Cumin: Bloom seeds in hot oil for stews and curries, grind with coriander and black pepper for rubs, or mix into guacamole and vinaigrettes.
• Herbes de Provence: Rub on chicken before baking or braising, bake with tomatoes and olive oil, serve with bread, or coat potatoes with oil, salt, and herbs before baking.
